There are two common standard booths at HKCEC and KITEC exhibitions:

1. L-shape Exhibition Booth（double-sided opening with 2 walls）, 2.5m height - Standard size: 2mx２m, 2mx3m, 3mx3m
2. U-shape Exhibition Booth（one side opening with 3 walls）, 2.5 m height - Standard size: 2mx2m, 2mx3m, 3mx3m

• Professional Mactac removable sticker, 1200dpi high-resolution printing, more vivid and eye-catching color output (much better than PP sticker and direct print Foamboard)
• Customers can choose the most suitable package according to their needs
• Customers can choose installation according to their needs
• Flexible installation time - Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm (installation time is usually within 2 hours. Our customer service specialist will confirm the delivery and installation date and time and cost with the customer.

2. Materials:

• 5mm white foamboard
• Printed Surface: Mactac Removable Sticker or Direct Print
• 500mm x 700mm: 5mm White Direct Print Foamboard with H-Stand (1.7KG)

3. Size and price: Standard or Customized

A) Standard: The following is the standard size list. Price would be adjusted according to individual requirements and special needs.

B) Customized: Please contact our sales specialist. Our specialist will first understand and confirm customer’s needs before making a quotation

4. Delivery Time: 4 working days (Our customer service specialist will confirm the delivery date and cost with the customer)

5. Remarks:

• The above package pricing only applies to the above standard booth types. Other booth styles, sizes or special requirements are subject to separate quotation.
• Customers must provide the official floor plan of the event (with component dimensions attached) when placing an order. Customers are required to confirm with the organizer the actual booth size by themselves. Our company will not be responsible if errors are found on the day of installation.
• Installation services are only applicable to the location and facilities provided by the conference in the booth. Customers must provide the designated entry documents for the conference in advance or on spot of entrance.
• The foamboard signage at the top of the booth. Customers have to confirm with the organizer if the formboard signage at the top of the booth can be used. If the sign requires a special die-cut shape, a separate quotation is required.
• All confirmed orders cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.
• If the installation needs to be carried out on Sunday or public holiday or during abnormal office hours (6:00 pm to 9:00 am), a quotation is required.
• Installation location: only includes Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre and Kowloon Bay International Trade & Exhibition Centre. Additional fees would be charged for other exhibition centers based on actual conditions.
